🙆🏼‍♀️ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A cancellation must be made a full 120 hours(5 days) prior to the scheduled event start time.
If the guest cancels between 168 to 120 hours(7 days to 5 days) before the event, a maximum of 50% of the booking fee may be collected by the host as an administrative fee.
It is non-refundable when the cancellation is made less than 120 hours(5 days) before the event.

Reschedule Policy
A reschedule must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event start time. We will charge $35/per person handling fee for rescheduling made within 48 hours before the scheduled event start time. It can be paid in cash during the workshop.

If the workshop attendance is less than two people, we may contact you to reschedule your booking 24 hours before the workshop start.

Q: What is "accompanying person" fee?
A: An accompanying person fee applies when two or more people wish to attend and work on a single product together, or when someone joins just to accompany the person making the product. For example, if two people would like to book for one product, they will be charged one product fee plus one accompanying person fee.
Q: What is minimum age?
A: 9 years old or up is no problem.
Q: Do you have parking?
A: Parking is available on the street only; we don’t have a private lot.
Q: Can I book a workshop only for myself or I need to book with a group?
A: Yes, you can book for one person and attend to our workshop.
Q: Can we take the product in the end of the session?
A: Yes, you can bring your mosaic candleholder or lamp with you in the end of the session. There is an optional grouting process, you can do this at home by yourself, if you leave us to do it, we will charge extra $10, it can be picked up in 7-14 days.

Our workshops start on time, so you’ll want to arrive early to get settled! You can start thinking about the endless creative possibilities ahead, take photos with friends.
We Guide You Through The Entire Process
You’ll be guided by our expert instructors throughout each step in the workshop. Our workshops are typically about 2-3 hours long.
Wait for the Magic to Happen.
Once you finish your project, you’re welcome to take your artwork home and complete the grouting yourself. We’ll provide the grout and a tutorial video at the studio to guide you. If you’d prefer to have us do the grouting, there’s an additional $10 fee, and your piece will be ready for pickup in 7–14 days.
